This presentation was part of the Love Data Week 2026. The Medical Data Integration Center Rostock (MeDIZ.Rostock), part of the University Medical Center Rostock (UMR), is a relatively new Medical Data Integration Center that started extracting and transforming clinical routine data in May 2025. Despite this, as of February 2026, the MeDIZ.Rostock has already generated over 1 million FHIR resources pertaining to approximately 25000 patients. Although this is considered a success, we lack a tool to properly communicate this information, to compile and summarize key performance data, to visualize the distribution of data, and to notify our end-users about relevant information. Therefore, we developed a dashboard that serves as a communication and visualization tool to better understand what kind of data is available at the MeDIZ.Rostock and to also inform our end users about the next steps that need to be taken if they want to use this data for their own research.
