Abstract

The voltage and calcium imaging datasets. The datasets demonstrate the utility of Saline-free preparation for chronic in vivo imaging in adult Drosophila. The voltage imaging data.zip file contains a folder with a dataset of three voltage recordings from neuron MBON05 of a representative fly. The 3 imaging sessions were on days 1, 5, and 10 post-surgery. A MATLAB script for analysis and a README file are included. The calcium imaging data.zip file contains a folder with a dataset of three two-photon calcium imaging from a Kenyon Cell population from a representative fly. The 3 imaging sessions were on days 1, 3, and 6 post-surgery, with 4 odors delivered to the fly for three cycles. A MATLAB script for analysis and a README file explaining the function and experiment protocol are included.
