The compressed folder "ccpp_scm.tar.gz" contains two directories along with one script "run_v16_comble_60min.sh" to execute the CCPP SCM for the COMBLE case. Directory #1 ccpp-scm: contains 1) all the source code of the CCPP SCM (for this manuscript, the version used is v.7.0.1, which has been well documented in the manuscript), and 2) the run output /ccpp-scm/scm/run/runs_iiwarm_F/output.nc Directory #2 convert_dephy: contains a python script to convert the CCPP SCM output to DEPHY format required for model intercomparisons in this manuscript. Note: before executing the CCPP SCM, one needs to pull all the required static data while closely following steps documented in the CCPP SCM Quick Start Guide cd ccpp-scm ./contrib/get_all_static_data.sh ./contrib/get_thompson_tables.sh ./contrib/get_aerosol_climo.sh
