
This study examines the relationship between psychological resilienceand work efficiency among internal affairs officers in Uzbekistan. Internal affairspersonnel often face high-stress situations, including law enforcement, conflictresolution, and crisis management, which can affect their decision-making andoverall performance. The research highlights the importance of psychologicalresilience as a key factor in enhancing work efficiency, reducing burnout, andimproving interpersonal communication within law enforcement teams. Findingssuggest that targeted psychological training, stress management programs, andorganizational support can significantly improve the professional effectiveness andwell-being of internal affairs officers. This study provides practicalrecommendations for policy makers and law enforcement administrators tostrengthen psychological preparedness and operational performance in the contextof Uzbekistan.
