Abstract

Mazkur tezisda davlat xaridlari tizimida boshqaruv va nazoratning iqtisodiy jihatlari tahlil qilinadi. Davlat xaridlari jarayoni budjet mablag‘laridan samarali foydalanishni ta’minlash, iqtisodiy resurslarni oqilona taqsimlash va moliyaviy barqarorlikni mustahkamlashda muhim ahamiyatga ega. Tadqiqot davomida boshqaruv va nazorat mexanizmlarining iqtisodiy samaradorlikka ta’siri, xarid jarayonlarida shaffoflik va raqobat muhitini rivojlantirish masalalari o‘rganiladi. Shuningdek, tizimni takomillashtirish orqali xarajatlarni optimallashtirish va iqtisodiy natijadorlikni oshirish bo‘yicha amaliy tavsiyalar ishlab chiqiladi.
