D1.3 Standardized sequencing and imaging data

Abstract

This deliverable presents the standardised sequencing (metaB, metaT and metaG) and imaging (organismal and sub-cellular) work conducted within BIOcean5D WP1 and WP5 on materials such as seawater, sediments, plankton, and animal tissue, collected during the TREC/Tara-Europa Expedition and from legacy marine ecosystems samples across marine life and biomes.
