MONONUKLEAR-FAGOTSITLAR TIZIMI; MORFO-FUNKSIONAL IERARXIYA,ANTIGEN VA GISTOSMOSLIK KOMPLEKSINING MOLEKULYAR ASOSLARI.

Abstract

Ushbu ilmiy maqolada mononuklear-fagotsitlar tizimining (MFT) filogenetik va ontogenetik rivojlanish bosqichlari, ularning organizm to‘qima va a’zolaridagi geterogen guruhlari hamda immun gomeostazni saqlashdagi universal roli tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotda makrofaglarning antigen taqdim qiluvchi hujayra (APC) sifatidagi funksiyasi, II-tur gistosmoslik bosh kompleksi (MHC-II) molekulalari bilan o‘zaro ta’sir mexanizmlari hamda sitokinlar orqali immun javobni kaskadli boshqarishi akademik darsliklar va zamonaviy gistofiziologik ma’lumotlar asosida yoritilgan. Maqola tibbiyot oliygohlari talabalari va immunomorfologiya mutaxassislari uchun mo‘ljallangan.

Keywords
