Endurance-Recovery-Resilience (ERR) Framework: Dataset and Codes

Abstract

This folder contains the datasets, codes, and figures implemented for the study “A Dynamic Resilience Indicator for Groundwater Systems Using the Endurance-Recovery-Resilience Framework." Code ERR_PART_A: Rainfall-induced groundwater fluctuations signal isolation using wavelet transform decomposition. ERR_PART_B: Groundwater sensitivity to rainfall derivation using Hilbert Transform and stable state identification. ERR_PART_C: Calculation of Endurance (E) and Recovery (R) metrics and final visualization. 📂 Data: Baseline rainfall and groundwater level time series. Processed Data: NetCDF files containing isolated fluctuations, sensitivity envelopes, identified regimes, and calculated resilience metrics. 📂 Figures Contains all important plots illustrating the ERR framework results. Readme.txt Readme files containing instructions to run the code.
