
Abstract Globally, ecommerce's explosive expansion has drastically changed consumer purchasing habits. Customers are progressively moving from traditional brick & mortar establishments to online shopping platforms due to rising internet usage,smartphone availability, and safe digital payment methods.The impact of ecommerce on consumer purchasing behavior is examined in thisstudy, with particular attention paid to elements including ease, price comparison, trust, website design, and online reviews.The study emphasizes how ecommerce platforms change consumer expectations and have aimpact on buying decisions. The results show that the most important elements influencing online consumer behaviour are ease, product variety,and digital trust.
