Coopérer pour créer un dispositif modulable de formation à l'IA (JNF 2026)

Abstract

En 2025, le réseau des bibliothécaires formateurs de Toulouse Occitanie-Ouest s’est associé au projet de création d’un dispositif de formation aux IA génératives lancé par les grandes écoles et les universités locales. Il s’agissait de concevoir des modules adaptables, indépendants les uns des autres et utilisables selon des degrés d’hybridation variables. 10 établissements, 29 bibliothécaires formateurs et 5 ingénieurs pédagogiques ont travaillé ensemble sur deux des modules du dispositif. Comment motiver et coordonner tous les participants ? Lever les réticences ? Organiser le travail ? Imaginer la suite ?
