Release Notes - v1.0.0 (Initial Official Release) Official release of the first stable version of POLY_PIPELINE. Spatial Transcriptomics pipeline developed to solve polyploids issues, becoming polyvalent in the capacity of analyzing any organism and data input type. Highlights Standard Spatial Analysis: Integration of a suite of packages for analyzing spatial transcriptomics data, including all clustering, HVG and statistical significance determination, generating comprehensive output files. Anchoring Analysis: Novel anchoring mehod developed for determining regions besides clustering analysis. Network Analysis: Generation of nodes and edges for netework analysis from original data. Multi HPC Support: Full compatibility implemented for both PBS and SGE job schedulers, ensuring scalability on High-Performance Computing (HPC) environments. Data Converter: Implementation of converter capable of dealing with any input data to the proper file for downstream analysis. Benchmarking Even though developed to solve polyploids issues with Wheat (Triticum aestivum L.), the pipeline also shows success processing data from Arabidopsis thaliana, rice (Oryza sativa) and mouse (Mus musculus) For a full list of commits and technical changes, see the Full Changelog
