
Mazkur maqolada umumiy o‘rta ta’lim maktablarining 5–9-sinf o‘quvchilarida tejamkorlik sifatlarini shakllantirish masalalari pedagogik nuqtai nazardan tahlil etilgan. Tadqiqotda tejamkorlik shaxsning muhim ijtimoiy-iqtisodiy sifati sifatida qaralib, uning ta’lim jarayonida rivojlanish imkoniyatlari yoritilgan. Ilmiy ishda tejamkorlikni shakllantirishga xizmat qiluvchi samarali metod va vositalar aniqlanib, tajriba-sinov ishlari orqali ularning amaliy samaradorligi asoslab berilgan. Olingan natijalar o‘quvchilarda tejamkorlikka oid bilimlarni chuqurlashtirish, ongli munosabat va amaliy xulq-atvorni rivojlantirish mumkinligini ko‘rsatadi.
