Quantum Computing Resolves the Prevention Trial Impossibility: Validation of Bipolar II Disorder Prevention

Abstract

English Version (International Standard) Igor villela marroni e mail- igorvmarroni@gmail.com Title: Quantum Computing Resolves the Prevention Trial Impossibility: Validation of Bipolar II Disorder Prevention Description / Abstract: This repository contains the theoretical and computational framework developed by Igor Villela Marroni, PhD, establishing Preventive Psychology as the 5th Force of Psychology. The core of this research addresses a major bottleneck in clinical science: the methodological impossibility of conducting decade-long Randomized Controlled Trials (RCTs) for mental health prevention. By leveraging Quantum Causal Inference on an IBM Quantum 156-qubit processor, this study validates the 5th Level Prevention Model. This hybrid approach integrates Artificial Intelligence and the "Psychologist-Coach" role within an ecological framework. Key Technical Highlights: Methodological Innovation: Integration of four quasi-experimental designs (Instrumental Variables, Regression Discontinuity, Stepped-Wedge, and Doubly Robust Estimation) validated via quantum hardware. Quantum Precision: The model achieved a 47-fold precision improvement over classical methods, converging at $HR=0.568$ with a quantum uncertainty of only $\pm0.002$. Clinical Impact: Evidence of a ~43% reduction in Bipolar II Disorder (BD-II) conversion ($NNT=9.3$), representing a 29% preventable burden. The 5th Force: A paradigm shift from reactive clinical treatment to proactive, technology-driven ecological prevention. Keywords: Quantum Computing; Preventive Psychology; 5th Force; Bipolar II Disorder; Causal Inference; Mental Health AI; Igor Villela Marroni. Igor Villela Marroni.
