Abstract

Ushbu maqolada ijtimoiy huquqlarni himoya qilish va kafolatlashda davlatning pozitiv majburiyatlari tahlil qilinadi. Ijtimoiy huquqlar tushunchasi, pozitiv majburiyatlar mazmuni va ularning milliy hamda xorijiy huquqiy tajribalari solishtiriladi. Shuningdek, ushbu majburiyatlarni amalga oshirishda yuzaga keladigan muammolar va samarali strategiyalar ko‘rib chiqiladi. Maqola ijtimoiy davlat kontseptsiyasi kontekstida ijtimoiy huquqlarni amalga oshirish bo‘yicha amaliy natijalar va istiqbollarni aniqlaydi.
