Abstract

Ushbu maqola rinoplastika (burun shaklini tuzatish) sohasida qo‘llanilayotgan zamonaviy minimal invaziv usullarni tahlil qiladi. Burun — nafaqat estetik markaz, balki nafas olish tizimining muhim elementi hisoblanadi. An’anaviy rinoplastika ko‘p hollarda invaziv xarakterga ega bo‘lib, shish, qon ketishi va uzoq reabilitatsiya muddatiga olib keladi. Shuning uchun oxirgi o‘n yillikda minimal invaziv texnikalarga bo‘lgan ehtiyoj keskin ortdi. Maqolada endonazal rinoplastika, ultratovushli osteotomiya, filler-rinoplastika, suyak va tog‘ay modelatsiyasi uchun 3D lazer texnologiyalari, hamda qotuvchan biopolimer iplar yordamida shaklni tuzatish kabi ilg‘or usullar yoritiladi. Har bir usulning texnik jarayoni, klinik afzalliklari va xavfsizlik darajasi solishtiriladi. Minimal invaziv rinoplastika bemorlar uchun kam og‘riqli, qon ketishsiz, qisqa muddatli reabilitatsiyani ta’minlaydi. Klinik ma’lumotlarga ko‘ra, operatsiyadan keyingi shish 50–70% kam kuzatiladi, bemorlar 7–10 kun ichida normal faoliyatga qayta oladi. Shu bilan birga, yangi texnologiyalar jarrohlarga aniq shakl nazoratini beradi va simmetriya darajasini oshiradi. Tadqiqot natijalari shuni ko‘rsatadiki, minimal invaziv rinoplastika nafaqat estetik jihatdan, balki nafas olish funksiyasini saqlash va to‘g‘rilashda ham samarali. Ushbu yondashuv jarrohlik travmatizmini kamaytirish, bemorlarning psixologik moslashuvini yengillashtirish hamda tibbiy xavflarni minimallashtirishga xizmat qiladi.
