СОВРЕМЕННЫЕ ПОДХОДЫ К КОНТРОЛЮ И ФОРМИРОВАНИЮ ПОВЕДЕНЧЕСКИХ ПРИВЫЧЕК С ИСПОЛЬЗОВАНИЕМ МОБИЛЬНЫХ ПРИЛОЖЕНИЙ

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются современные подходы к контролю поведенческих привычек с помощью мобильных приложений. Раскрываются теоретические основы формирования привычек, включая модель «триггер — действие — вознаграждение», роль саморегуляции и поведенческой экономики. Предлагается классификация приложений по целевой области, функционалу и методологической основе. Описываются основные механизмы: трекинг и визуализация, геймификация, уведомления, социальные и персональные элементы. Анализируются текущие тенденции — использование искусственного интеллекта, интеграция с носимой электроникой, внимание к приватности. Обсуждаются ограничения и риски, связанные с применением приложений. Делается вывод о том, что эффективность контроля привычек зависит от сочетания нескольких подходов и учёта индивидуальных особенностей пользователя.
