Betriebsfestigkeitsfaktor Miner konsequent nach FKM-Richtlinie Rechnerischer Festigkeitsnachweis für Maschinenbauteile (7. Auflage, 2020) Python

Abstract

Mit den Python-Funktionen Iteration_K_BKMK.pyund sigma_aquschlangestart.pykann der Betriebsfestigkeitsfaktor nach dem Verfahren Miner konsequent nach FKM-Richtlinie Rechnerischer Festigkeitsnachweis für Maschinenbauteile (7. Auflage, 2020) für den Wöhlerlinientyp I berechnet werden. Die Deckelung des Betriebsfestigkeitsfaktore nach Kap. 4.4.3.3 "Begrenzung der Maximalamplitude" der FKM-Richtlinie ist im Nachgang der Berechnung durch den Nutzer durchzuführen. Wie die Funktionen aufgerufen werden müssen, ist beispielhaft im Skript Ansteuerung_K_BKMK.py dargestellt. Für die Richtigkeit der Berechnung wird von den Autoren keinerlei Haftung übernommen!
