This article examines the theoretical and methodological foundations for improving the integrated management system of the housing stock in the Republic of Uzbekistan. The paper analyzes the economic and social significance of the housing stock, the problems of the existing management system, and pathways for its improvement. From a theoretical perspective, proposals aredeveloped based on management theories (systems approach, resource-based view) and methodological approaches (digitalization, legal reforms).
