
This article discusses the theoretical and methodological foundations of the acmeological approach in ensuring the professional development of future teachers. The issues of ensuring the professional skills, creative activity and personal development of future teachers through the introduction of the acmeological approach in the process of higher pedagogical education are analyzed. The study substantiates diagnostic criteria, methods and technologies that serve to form the acmeological orientation of future primary school teachers and develop their professional and spiritual and psychological potential. Also, the need to modernize the content of pedagogical education within the framework of the acmeological approach is scientifically substantiated.
