This book presents the CORA (Cellular Organization Re-alignment Architecture) framework, a systems-based approach to understanding cellular organization, dysfunction, and disease beyond gene-centric models. The work integrates histopathology, cytology, systems biology, and internal model architecture to describe how organizational misalignment across cellular layers leads to emergent dysfunction and pathological collapse. The framework introduces structural, functional, mechanical, and internal model layers as organizing principles for biological stability.
