While conventional stabilization models emphasize economic regulation or political control, the proposed framework argues that long-term civilizational resilience depends on coherence preservation infrastructures, understanding-capital regeneration cycles, and cognitive stability protection mechanisms. Stability is not achieved through constraint alone. It emerges through coherence-compatible design. 1. Stability as a Regime Property Civilizational stability cannot be reduced to isolated policies or institutions. It reflects: System-wide structural compatibility governing coherence sustainability. Stability becomes architectural. 2. Defining Stabilization Regimes Civilization Stabilization Regimes refer to: Macro-structural configurations that preserve interpretive continuity, regulate destabilizing pressures, and maintain understanding-capital durability. Regimes govern systemic equilibrium behavior. 3. Destabilization Pressures Critical destabilizers include: Signal density escalation Cognitive load concentration Attention extraction competition Decision fatigue accumulation Coherence asymmetry expansion Instability drivers are systemic, not episodic. 4. Coherence Preservation Infrastructures Stabilization may require infrastructures enabling: Cognitive load buffering Signal regulation mechanisms Context persistence stabilization Recovery cycle protection Coherence reinforcement pathways Infrastructure replaces reactive correction. 5. AI Systems and Regime Sensitivity AI systems interact with stabilization regimes by: Modifying systemic velocity Reshaping coherence dependencies Altering interpretive burdens Amplifying or dampening instability loops Technological effects are regime-dependent. 6. Regeneration-Centered Stability Sustainable stabilization regimes prioritize: Understanding-capital regeneration and coherence sustainability rather than purely performance optimization. Resilience becomes cyclic. Conclusion Civilization Stabilization Regimes reframe stability as a coherence-management challenge requiring structural design alignment with cognitive constraints and interpretive durability.
