The BITSPEC Capability Index™ (BCI™): A Multiplicative Performance Validation Framework for Education 6.0

Abstract

This paper introduces the BITSPEC Capability Index™ (BCI™), a structured multiplicative framework for performance-based educational validation aligned with Education 6.0 principles. The model integrates Knowledge, Application, Analytical Depth, System Impact, and Ethical Judgment into a unified systemic capability equation.
