Abstract

oziq-ovqat sanoatida o‘lchashlarni bajarish uslubiyoti(O‘BU)ni ahamiyati tahlil qilingan, ularning asosiy xususiyatlari aniqlangan va ularni ishlab chiqish qoidalari va talablari o‘rganilgan. Oziq-ovqat mahsulotlarni sifatini nazorat qilish, shuningdek, jihozlar va texnologik jarayonlarni shakllantirish va ishlab chiqish bo‘yicha o‘tkaziladigan tajriba-tadqiqot ishlarining asosiy qismini analitik o‘lchash tashkil etishini hisobga olgan holda, maqolada analitik o‘lchashning ahamiyati ko‘rsatib berilgan.
