Abstract

Die Arbeitsgruppe 1 „Cyber-physische Produktionsmodule“ der SmartFactory-KL befasst sich u. a. mit dem Thema der Infrastruktur und Architektur für die autonome Produktion der Zukunft. Als Update von Industrie 4.0 arbeitet die SmartFactory-KL an Production Level 4 (PL4). Während Industrie 4.0 den groben Rahmen für Digitalisierung und die Vernetzung von Maschinen bietet, integriert Production Level 4 Autonomie, Mensch und IT als autonome Elemente (Skills, Maschinenfähigkeiten) in einer Shared Production. Diese kommunizieren miteinander und ermöglichen innerhalb der Produktion maximale Agilität für Produkte der Losgröße 1. Um autonome Produktion zu ermöglichen ist die Erfassung, Bearbeitung und Auswertung von Daten bis hin zu angebotenen, so genannten Federated Services von großer Bedeutung. Dabei stellt der Aufbau und die Anwendung von Edge- und Cloudtechnologien sowie die notwendige Architektur eine große Herausforderung für das Produktionsumfeld dar. Es wurde erkannt, dass zunächst die Begriffsdefinition der verschiedenen Instanzen notwendig ist. So wurde u. a. der Begriff „Industrial Edge Cloud“ eingeführt und definiert. Darüber hinaus wurde für die zukünftige Anwendung die Bedeutung der erforderlichen Rechenkapazität unter Berücksichtigung der Echtzeitfähigkeit aufgezeigt. Die Definitionen werden im Rahmen des Projektes „SmartMA-X: Modulare Smart Manufacturing Gaia-X Testumgebung“ in die Gaia-X Gremien eingespeist.
