Deliverable D2.2 – “LLs, Innovators and Researchers Scouting and Selection Report” presents the comprehensive outcomes of the scouting and Open Call launched underthe EVOLVE2CARE framework. The main objective of this deliverable is to ensure transparency, traceability, and accountability in the evaluation, selection, and validationof innovators and Living Labs participating in the project’s experimentation activities. This report provides an in-depth overview of the end-to-end Open Call process frompreparation and publication to evaluation and selection of subgrantees, outlining how the EVOLVE2CARE consortium identified, assessed, and matched innovators and Living Labs to jointly pilot health technologies addressing key transitional care challenges. The deliverable consolidates data from the evaluation system, eligibility and ethics screening, remote expert assessments, consensus meetings, and final legal validation.
