Abstract

Raw image screen data of nHDFS seeded on 10 various topographies at low seededing density (~1000 per cm^2) and cultured for 48h, stained with DAPI, phalloidin and YAP and imaged with Nikon Ti2 Eclipse using 20x magnification. Each folder name correspondes to a unique surface code, followed by a technical replica number of the experiment. e.g. "2113_2" stands for surface code "2113" and "2"-nd techical replica. Each filename uses same codes for the imaged channels: FITC3 for PHALLOIDIN TRITC-1 for YAP DAPI for DNA DIA-Ph3 for BRIGHTFIELD all the files are saved as .tif Current release also contains metadata for 10 topographies in the "surface_metadata.zip" folder. it has images of the topographical feature design as well as morphological description of feature shapes. more details on the surface design and fabrication can be found here https://github.com/cbite/TopoChip-analysis this dataset was used fully for Micellangelo project, https://github.com/cbite/Micellangelo/tree/main part of this dataset, 1462_1.zip and 1476_1.zip were used for pseudotime project, https://github.com/alex-sbol/pseudotime/
