JUMP and JUMP-lite indices and associated tables

Abstract

Multiple useful tables to query specific images from JUMP and/or map them to JUMP-lite. It includes dense and tidy versions of both JUMP and JUMP-lite. Dense have one column per URL type (e.g., URL_OrigDNA) whereas the tidy version has one image per row, adding the `Metadata_Channel` and `uri` columns. We also include redlist and graylist tables for plates/batches that should be used under none or some circumstances respectively. The redlist are known to have technical issues, whereas the graylist has plates filled exclusively with negative controls.
