Abstract

This folder contains raw molecular dynamics (MD) trajectories used in the paper “Phase separation of ecDNA condensates establishes in-trans contact domains that boost selective MYC regulatory interactions”. The raw data are LAMMPS (v12 Dec 2018) trajectory dumps in XYZ format, distributed as compressed .zip archives.
