Abstract

Zamonaviy oliy ta’lim tizimi global transformatsiya jarayonini boshidan kechirmoqda. Bugungi kunda mehnat bozori faqatgina nazariy bilimlarga ega mutaxassislarni emas, balki noodatiy vaziyatlarda kreativ yechim topa oladigan, intellektual jihatdan mustaqil kadrlarni talab qilmoqda. O‘zbekiston Respublikasi Prezidentining 2019-yil 8-oktabrdagi PF-5847-son Farmoni bilan tasdiqlangan “Oliy ta’lim tizimini 2030-yilgacha rivojlantirish konsepsiyasi”da ta’lim jarayoniga raqamli texnologiyalar va zamonaviy usullarni joriy etish bilan birga, talabalarda tanqidiy fikrlash va mustaqil qaror qabul qilish ko‘nikmalarini shakllantirish ustuvor vazifa sifatida belgilangan
