Abstract

La sentencia del Tribunal de Apelación de Inglaterra y Gales (División Civil)[1], no solamente se analiza el caso de investigación policía en vigilancia masiva, por el uso de programa software de reconocimiento facial automatizado (AFT), que incluyen cámaras, algoritmos y tecnología, con el fin de prevenir o disuadir delitos en la población del Reino Unido, sino que también se estudia si ese uso de programas de última tecnología, afectaba la dignidad y datos personales de la población, por parte de la policía británica.
