Formulation for Material-Legal Perception of Operational-Informative AI Systems

Abstract

This document presents the "Standard for Perceptive Autonomy", a technical and legislative framework designed to transform legal and moral norms into mathematical constraints for AI agents. The core innovation is the Decision Value Formula: V = (L * C * Pv * Ms) / (Er + Oi). By integrating Law (L), Context (C), Legal Validity (Pv), and Material Sovereignty (Ms) as mandatory numerators, the system renders any illegal or unverified action impossible (V=0). The formula also introduces Resonant Conflict (Er) and Malicious Interference (Oi) as denominators to automatically block dangerous behaviors and hidden, self-serving logic. This standard provides a definitive solution for protecting private property, preventing systemic AI abuse, and ensuring that autonomous systems remain under strict human sovereign control.
