Abstract

R scripts and documentation used to generate the simulated cohort, longitudinal mobility trajectories, latent class growth models, logistic regression models, discrimination analyses, and sensitivity analyses described in the associated manuscript submitted to Healthcare. The code reproduces all primary results reported in the manuscript. No real patient data are included.
