Abstract

Este trabajo propone un enfoque de medicina de precisión cardiometabólica para mejorar la estratificación del riesgo y la intervención terapéutica en pacientes con síndrome cardiovascular-renal-metabólico (CKM). El estudio integra biomarcadores avanzados, incluyendo niveles de lipoproteína(a), perfiles multi-ómicos y vías inflamatorias, con el objetivo de identificar mecanismos fisiopatológicos asociados a la progresión hacia insuficiencia cardíaca con fracción de eyección preservada (HFpEF). Además, evalúa el impacto potencial de terapias innovadoras basadas en agonistas duales de receptores GLP-1/GIP, analizando su capacidad para modular procesos metabólicos, inflamatorios y vasculares implicados en la progresión de la enfermedad. Los resultados provienen de una cohorte observacional prospectiva multicéntrica, con análisis de desenlaces compuestos a largo plazo, orientados a determinar asociaciones entre biomarcadores, estrategias terapéuticas emergentes y evolución clínica en pacientes con alto riesgo cardiometabólico.
