Abstract

В данном тезисе анализируется роль и возможности цифровых технологий в повышении качества обслуживания в гостиницах. Современные решения, такие как чат-боты, умные комнаты, мобильные приложения, играют важную роль в предоставлении клиентам удобства, скорости и персонализированных услуг. Также в тезисе рассматриваются трудности внедрения цифровых технологий и пути их преодоления, а также перспективы будущего развития отрасли.
