Development of a Human Resource Management Model Based on Transformational Leadership in Al-Qur'an Memorization Institutions

Abstract

The rapid growth of Al-Qur'an Tahfidz institutions in Indonesia has not been matched by adequate management standardization, particularly in human resource management. This study aims to develop a human resource management model based on transformational leadership to improve the quality of educators. This study uses a qualitative approach with a literature review method, synthesizing theories of human resource management, transformational leadership, and Islamic education. The results of the study show that the developed model emphasizes three main dimensions, namely spiritual, professional, and organizational culture, which are implemented through six core HRM processes: planning, recruitment, organizing, development and training, compensation and rewards, as well as supervision and evaluation.

Keywords
