Abstract

Im Beitrag werden Teamgespräche zwischen Lehrpersonen und Forschenden analysiert, die im Rahmen eines Schulentwicklungsprojektes mit dem Ansatz des Design-Based-Research zur Förderung von Schüler:innenpartizipation zusammenarbeiten. Anhand von realen Gesprächen, die der Planung konkreter schulischer Anlässe dienen, wird vor dem Hintergrund praxistheoretischer Annahmen gefragt, wie die Beteiligten eine gemeinsame Diskurspraktik etablieren. Es werden Situationen in den Blick genommen, in denen zwischen Lehrpersonen und Forschenden unterschiedliche Ansichten erkennbar werden. Die Analyse nutzt die Dokumentarische Methode, um Unterschiede in den Orientierungen der beteiligten Gesprächspartner:innen zu identifizieren. Zudem verfolgen die Autor*innen das Ziel, die Gesprächsdynamik abzubilden. Dazu arbeiten sie heraus, wie die einzelnen Gesprächsteilnehmenden sowohl sich selbst als auch die jeweils anderen im sozialen Raum des Gesprächs positionieren. Die Ergebnisse zeigen die Relationalität der diskursiven Praktiken auf und verdeutlichen die Herausforderung, zwischen den unterschiedlichen Logiken von Schulpraxis und Forschung zu vermitteln.
