NGT v1.0.0 is the stable reference implementation of a projection-only, immutable Solana program designed to demonstrate minimal and formally bounded on-chain behavior. The program intentionally limits blockchain functionality to: fixed total supply established at genesis deterministic balance storage voluntary peer-to-peer transfers No governance mechanisms, upgrade authorities, lifecycle logic, minting after genesis, or external invocation paths are included. All semantic interpretation and lifecycle modeling are explicitly kept off-chain.
