Abstract

Ushbu maqola o‘pka shishi (pulmoner o‘pka shishi) holatlarida reanimatsiya tadbirlarining samaradorligini tahlil qiladi. Asarda o‘pka shishining asosiy sabablari, patofiziologik mexanizmlari va klinik belgilari keltiriladi. Shuningdek, intensiv terapiya va reanimatsiya choralari, jumladan, kislorod terapiyasi, mexanik ventilyatsiya, diuretiklar va dorivor preparatlar qo‘llanilishi muhokama qilinadi. Maqolada shuningdek, reanimatsiya choralarining vaqtida va to‘g‘ri qo‘llanilishi bemorning hayot sifatini yaxshilash va o‘lim xavfini kamaytirishda muhimligini ko‘rsatadi. Tadqiqot natijalari shuni isbotlaydiki, reanimatsiya va intensiv terapiya choralari o‘pka shishida asosiy hayotiy muolaja bo‘lib, ularning tez va kompleks qo‘llanilishi bemorning natijasiga sezilarli ta’sir ko‘rsatadi.
