O'ZBEKISTON KONSTITUTSIYASIDA INSON HUQUQLARI KAFOLATLARI

Abstract

Mazkur maqolada O‘zbekiston Respublikasi Konstitutsiyasida inson huquqlari va erkinliklarining mustahkamlanishi, ularning huquqiy kafolatlari hamda amalga oshirish mexanizmlari tahlil qilinadi. 2023-yil 30-aprelda umumxalq referendumi asosida qabul qilingan yangi tahrirdagi Konstitutsiyada inson huquqlari ustuvorligi, davlatning ijtimoiy majburiyatlari, sud-huquq tizimining mustaqilligi va xalqaro huquq normalarining ustuvorligi tamoyillari mustahkamlanganligi asoslab beriladi. Shuningdek, inson huquqlarining xalqaro huquqiy standartlari bilan uyg‘unligi hamda milliy qonunchilikdagi aks etishi tahlil qilinadi.
