К ОСОБЕННОСТЯМ ИССЛЕДОВАНИЯ СТРУКТУРЫ И ДИНАМИКИ ЗАБОЛЕВАЕМОСТИ НАСЕЛЕНИЯ – КАК ОДНОГО ИЗ КЛЮЧЕВЫХ АСПЕКТОВ ИНВАЛИДНОСТИ

Abstract

В последние годы сохраняется устойчивая тенденция роста показателей заболеваемости, особенно за счёт социально значимых и хронических неинфекционных заболеваний, что сопровождается увеличением риска инвалидизации населения. Выявлены недостатки системы статистического учёта и анализа показателей первичной заболеваемости и инвалидности, а также фрагментарность исследований, недостаточно отражающих их взаимосвязь с медико-социальной реабилитацией. Обоснована необходимость комплексного подхода к изучению проблем инвалидности, предполагающего совместный анализ заболеваемости, инвалидности и процессов реализации индивидуальных программ реабилитации.
