YENGIL ATLETIKA MASHQLARINI OʻRGATISHDA INNOVATSION TEXNOLOGIYALAR

Abstract

Mazkur ishda yengil atletika mashg‘ulotlarini o‘rgatish jarayonida innovatsion texnologiyalardan foydalanishning nazariy asoslari va amaliy imkoniyatlari yoritiladi. Zamonaviy raqamli platformalar, biomexanik tahlil dasturlari, mobil ilovalar, virtual va qo‘shimcha reallik texnologiyalari sportchining texnik ko‘nikmalarini shakllantirishda yuqori samaradorlik berishi ilmiy manbalar asosida asoslab beriladi. Shuningdek, o‘quv mashg‘ulotlarining individualizatsiyasi, yuklama monitoringi, harakat analizini avtomatlashtirish kabi jarayonlarda innovatsion vositalarning o‘rni ko‘rib chiqiladi. Tadqiqot natijalari yengil atletika bo‘yicha trenerlik faoliyatida zamonaviy texnologiyalardan foydalanish o‘quv jarayonining sifatini oshirish, sport natijalarini barqaror yuksaltirish va sportchilarning funksional tayyorgarligini optimallashtirishga xizmat qilishini ko‘rsatadi.
