Abstract

Jigar sirrozi dunyo bo‘yicha surunkali kasalliklar orasida yuqori o‘lim va nogironlik sabablaridan biri bo‘lib, bemorlarning hayot sifatini sezilarli darajada pasaytiradi. An’anaviy diagnostika metodlari ko‘pincha kasallik kech bosqichida aniqlanadi, bu esa davolash samaradorligini kamaytiradi. Shu bois, innovatsion texnologiyalar va biomarkerlar jigar sirrozini erta aniqlash, prognozini baholash va individual davolash strategiyasini ishlab chiqishda katta ahamiyatga ega. Sun’iy intellekt, ilg‘or bioanalitik metodlar, shuningdek genetik, proteomik va metabolomik biomarkerlar yordamida bemorlarni aniq monitoring qilish, kasallik kechishini sekinlashtirish va davolash samaradorligini oshirish mumkin. Ushbu tezisda jigar sirrozida innovatsion texnologiyalar va biomarkerlarning diagnostik va prognozdagi roli, turlari va klinik ahamiyati tahlil qilinadi.
