Abstract

This repository provides the Visium HD spatial transcriptomics datasets for the study titled "Spatial transcriptomics uncovers pharmacokinetic barriers and tumor-intrinsic determinants of resistance to trastuzumab deruxtecan in breast cancer." File names correspond to Tissue IDs. See Supplementary Table 1 for sample metadata.
