ENERGETIK ICHIMLIKLARNING TISHNING QATTIQ TO'QIMALARIGA TA'SIRI: KIMYOVIY, MORFOLOGIK VA KLINIK TAHLIL

Abstract

So‘nggi o‘n yilliklarda energetik ichimliklar iste’molining global miqyosda keskin ortishi ularning inson salomatligiga, xususan, og‘iz bo‘shlig‘i va tishning qattiq to‘qimalariga ta’sirini chuqur o‘rganishni taqozo etmoqda. Ushbu ilmiy-nazariy maqolada energetik ichimliklarning kimyoviy tarkibi, ularning emal va dentin strukturasiga morfologik ta’siri hamda klinik jihatdan namoyon bo‘ladigan o‘zgarishlar tizimli ravishda tahlil qilindi. Mavjud ilmiy maqolalar, dissertatsiyalar va xalqaro epidemiologik tadqiqotlar asosida energetik ichimliklarning past pH ko‘rsatkichi, yuqori titrlanuvchi kislotaligi, shakar va stimulyator moddalarga boyligi tish emalining demineralizatsiyasi, mikroqattiqlikning pasayishi va eroziya jarayonlarini jadallashtirishi ilmiy jihatdan asoslandi. Statistik ma’lumotlar energiya ichimliklarini muntazam iste’mol qiluvchi yoshlar orasida tish eroziyasi va karies uchrash chastotasi sezilarli darajada yuqori ekanligini ko‘rsatadi. Maqolada shuningdek, morfologik o‘zgarishlarning klinik oqibatlari, diagnostik ahamiyati va profilaktik yondashuvlarning ilmiy asoslari muhokama qilinadi. Olingan natijalar energetik ichimliklarni iste’mol qilishni cheklash va stomatologik profilaktikani kuchaytirish zarurligini ko‘rsatadi.
