BO'LAJAK PEDAGOGLARNING KASBIY ADAPTATSIYASINI TA'MINLASHDA TASHKILIY-PEDAGOGIK YONDASHUVLARNI TAKOMILLASHTIRISH METODIKASI

Abstract

Ushbu maqolada bo‘lajak o‘qituvchilarning kasbiy muhitga moslashuvini ta’minlashning tashkiliy-pedagogik asoslarini takomillashtirish metodikasi yoritib berilgan. Tadqiqot davomida kasbiy adaptatsiyaning nazariy jihatlari, uni amalga oshirishga xizmat qiluvchi tashkiliy-pedagogik sharoitlar, metodik yondashuvlar hamda zamonaviy pedagogik texnologiyalarning ahamiyati tahlil etildi. Shuningdek, bo‘lajak pedagoglarning kasbiy tayyorgarligini kuchaytirish va ularni pedagogik faoliyatga samarali integratsiyalashga xizmat qiluvchi model ishlab chiqildi. Tadqiqot natijalari taklif etilgan metodikaning amaliy samaradorligini tasdiqlaydi.
