Abstract

Mazkur ilmiy ish yunon-rum kurashchilarining antropometrik ko‘rsatkichlarini hisobga olgan holda texnik tayyorgarligini takomillashtirishga qaratilgan. Tadqiqot jarayonida sportchilarning bo‘y uzunligi, tana massasi, tana segmentlari nisbati, yelka kamari va tos kengligi kabi morfologik xususiyatlar tahlil qilinib, ularga mos texnik usullarni tanlash va o‘rgatish metodikasi ishlab chiqildi. Antropometrik ko‘rsatkichlarga asoslangan individual yondashuv texnik harakatlarning samaradorligini oshirish, mashg‘ulot jarayonini optimallashtirish hamda sport natijalarining barqaror o‘sishini ta’minlashga xizmat qiladi. Taklif etilgan metodika murabbiylik amaliyotida qo‘llash uchun tavsiya etiladi.
