СОВРЕМЕННЫЕ АСПЕКТЫ ПАТОГЕНЕТИЧЕСКИХ МЕХАНИЗМОВ РАЗВИТИЯ АЛЛЕРГИЧЕСКИХ ЗАБОЛЕВАНИЙ I-ТИПА

Abstract

Изучены особенности патогенеза аллергических заболеваний, обусловленных гиперчувствительностью I-типа. В основе патогенеза широко распространенных аллергических болезней, как бронхиальная астма, аллергический ринит лежат иммуноглобулин Е-опосредованные механизмы. Генетическая основа бронхиальной астмы представлена комбинацией следующих генетически независимых составляющих болезней: атопия; продукция иммуноглобулина Е-антител определенной специфичности; бронхиальная гиперреактивность.
