Abstract

Жиноят-процессида дастлабки эшитув ўтказиш асосларидан бири бу айблов далолатномасини ёки айблов хулосасини, тиббий йўсиндаги мажбурлов чорасини қўллаш тўғрисидаги қарорни тасдиқлаган прокурорга юборишдир. Бундай асоснинг амалдаги Жиноят-процессуал кодексида ҳуқуқий жиҳатдан белгиланиши судга келиб тушган жиноят ишларининг сифатини ҳуқуқий жиҳатдан баҳолашга хизмат қилади деб тушуниш мумкин.
