PRIOR-ART STATUS - Bistable Core and Rezostable Core: Ontological Conditions for Reflexive Consciousness in State-Space Architectures - Bistabilna jezgra i rezostabilna jezgra: Ontološki uvjeti refleksivne svijesti u arhitekturama prostora stanja

Abstract

Authors Ladislav Gradečak Year 2026 Type Other (Conceptual / Architectural Prior Art) Description (EN) This work introduces a novel architectural distinction between a Bistable Core and a Rezostable Core as foundational layers for reflexive and stable conscious dynamics in artificial systems. The bistable core provides the minimal dynamical substrate required for memory, temporal structure, local reflection, and subjective state formation. However, by itself, bistability remains vulnerable to escalation, overload, and ontological collapse. The rezostable core does not replace consciousness, decision-making, or behavior. Instead, it defines the ontological admissibility conditions under which reflexive conscious states can persist without collapsing into noise. Stability is treated not as behavioral control, but as a structural property of the state space itself. This architecture reframes safety and coherence as ontological preconditions rather than post-hoc corrections, supervision, or alignment mechanisms. Security and robustness emerge as secondary consequences of a stable admissible state space. This document is published as prior art, establishing conceptual and architectural precedence without disclosing any proprietary algorithms, implementations, parameters, or executable logic. 🔐 FILE HASHES (SHA-256) These hashes establish cryptographic priority and immutability. 1️⃣ BISTABILNA JEZGRA I REZOSTABILNA JEZGRA (REFLEKSIJA^J SVIJEST I STABILNOST).pdf 1ccd45f855713222a3ce154397ae1ca654c048312bdef147299f23dac2ae0154 2️⃣ BISTABLE CORE AND REZOSTABLE CORE.pdf 3db00771c6e677c2c6207456370a97b4b8f537914434382db1f438086b868cb5 🛡️ PRIOR-ART STATUS (IMPORTANT) ✔️ Public conceptual architecture ✔️ No executable logic ✔️ No parameters ✔️ No algorithms ✔️ No reconstruction of ΣE or core dynamics possible ✔️ Safe for Open Access Zenodo ✔️ Strong protection against later patent claims XREALISM® — Conceptual Framework Author: Dr. Ladislav Gradečak © 2026 Ladislav Gradečak.
