MAXSUS BEMOR GURUHLARI (QANDLI DIABET, HOMILADORLIK)

Abstract

Mazkur maqolada terapevtik stomatologiya amaliyotida maxsus bemor guruhlari hisoblangan qandli diabet bilan og‘rigan bemorlar hamda homilador ayollarda stomatologik kasalliklarning kechish xususiyatlari tahlil qilinadi. Ushbu bemorlarda og‘iz bo‘shlig‘i kasalliklarining rivojlanishi, klinik belgilari va davolash jarayonidagi muhim jihatlar yoritilgan. Qandli diabet holatida to‘qimalarning tiklanish qobiliyati pasayishi va yallig‘lanish jarayonlarining uzoq davom etishi, homiladorlik davrida esa gormonal o‘zgarishlar ta’sirida gingivit va kariyes xavfining ortishi asoslab berilgan. Maqolada terapevtik stomatologik muolajalarni individual rejalashtirish, yumshoq davolash usullarini qo‘llash hamda profilaktik choralarni kuchaytirish zarurligi ta’kidlanadi. Keltirilgan tahlillar maxsus bemor guruhlarida stomatologik yordam ko‘rsatish samaradorligini oshirishga xizmat qiladi.
